What is it?
Strategic intervention in the course of 4-hours that can uplift, support or cause a radical shift in consciousness.
With your completed registration, you will receive access to a pre-event survey designed to help you further your thinking, awareness, and even select an area of your life in which you’d like to make strides in either performing or feeling better. Your answers to the pre-event survey will inform our LIVE session and help ensure that you have every opportunity to explore your life, goals, and areas where you’d like to focus attention during the workshop to maximize your time and our ability to serve your needs.

Your Coaches
Michelle Guiliano
is a Coach, Award-Winning Entrepreneur, Strategic Consultant, and TEDx Speaker. She is the Co-Founder of Salt Consulting & Communications and the Co-Creator of The Integrity System™ & the 12-week online Integrity Works™. Michelle is a community leader and Co-Founder of Women Rock Switzerland. With over 11K members from 80+ countries, WRS is the largest women’s network and fastest growing in the country. She leads teams from within and brings energy, creativity, and enthusiasm that other leaders recognize and covet to help them build engagement and to foster higher performance. While breaking free from abuse, Michelle gave a TEDx talk titled: “Rowing Through Crisis with Your Team” where she outlined lifesaving strategies to support teaming through personal crisis. Michelle is a former top 1% ranked Executive Search Consultant who uses skills acquired from endurance sports to inform her talks and workshops. With her business partner she has created a Swiss Olympic approved recertification program and coached over 100 Olympic, professional and youth sports coaches in empathy, active listening, mindfulness, human development, and communications.
Denise Nickerson
Denise Nickerson is a Fulbright Scholar, TEDx Speaker, Author, and Community Leader. She is an education expert and has been a speaker in 300+ universities and schools in over 30 countries. She is the co-founder of Salt Consulting & Communications Ltd. and the co-author of The Integrity System, an online training program for increased mindfulness, self-coaching & decision-making. She’s passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and believes fiercely in the need for a sustainable economy and the practical application of feminism to benefit humankind and the planet. She runs a women’s network with over 11 thousand members from more than 80 countries which creates concrete economic empowerment for women, provides mentoring and coaching, and facilitates story and knowledge sharing. Working primarily in the coaching space for men and women, Denise is a high-performance coach of talented leaders and creatives, teams, and groups. She has post-graduate training in vocational psychology and the use of psychometric tools and has taken over 1000 people through a professional personality test process. Her expertise in humanizing digital spaces has supported writers, physicists, tech leaders, Olympians, and global public health initiatives. Her TEDx talk: Radical Inclusion to Humanize Digital Spaces is an example of her leadership as a trainer and community leader to include all generations in a higher level of digital wellbeing and literacy.
